Happy Halloween! What’s scary about this October 31st is not the number of drunk and unvaccinated people who are running around London in questionable clothes (or lack thereof), but the amount of music that keeps appearing on my desk, as labels rush out to squeeze in a few more albums before the end of this year. Okay, the former thing is scary as well. But check out the albums below, and you will know why I can’t possibly keep up, even as I publish a daily column! And these are not just b-sides or short-played EPs (an oxymoron, I know, because EPs stand for “Extended Play” format) – these are full-length releases of scores, ambient soundtracks, and present classical albums.
